Sometimes a lamp looks different once it’s in your living room, or a clock doesn’t quite fit the wall you had in mind. That’s why we offer a clear, fair, and straightforward returns process designed for home decor purchases.

Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return or exchange. This 30-day period begins from the day you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the goods.
Conditions for Returns
To make sure products can be resold safely, returned items must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be unused and uninstalled (lamps cannot show signs of installation or wiring, clocks must not have been mounted).
- Items must be returned in the original packaging with all parts, accessories, manuals and tags included.
- Products should be carefully packed to avoid damage in transit. Returns received damaged due to poor packaging may not be eligible for a full refund.
- Soft finishes (such as lamp shades or wooden trims) must be free from scratches, stains, or marks.
How to Return an Item

Method: All returns must be sent back to us by mail. Please ensure items are securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

Return Shipping Label Responsibility: The customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit. Please retain your proof of postage.

Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees for returns or exchanges.

- Repack the product: Use the original box and protective materials. If the item came in multiple boxes, all must be returned.

Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 2 business days of receiving your return in acceptable condition.
- You will be refunded the full purchase price, including any original shipping fees.

Exchanges
If you’d prefer a different finish, size, or product, just let us know. We’ll guide you through exchanging your item quickly. Exchange items are dispatched once your original return has been received and checked.
Is your item damaged or have you received the wrong product?
If your decor item arrives damaged or we’ve sent the wrong product, please take clear photos of the issue and email them to info@aveniqi.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
Order Cancellations
If you change your mind before your order is dispatched, please email us right away. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been prepared for shipping or already handed to the courier.
Warranty Coverage
In addition to our 30-day return window, every product purchased from Aveniqi is backed by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This means that if your lamp, clock, or other home decor item develops a fault within 12 months of purchase, we’ll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund at no extra cost.
What’s covered: manufacturing or material defects that affect the normal use of the product.
What’s not covered: normal wear and tear, accidental damage after delivery, misuse, or issues caused by incorrect installation (for example, ceiling lights not installed by a qualified electrician).
