Welcome to Aveniqi. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, content, features, tools, products and services (the “Services”). Our store is hosted by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services. By using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 to purchase from Aveniqi. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Information you provide must be accurate and up to date.
3. Our home decor products
We sell home decor items such as lamps and clocks. We make every effort to display colours, finishes and dimensions accurately, but actual appearance may vary due to lighting, materials and device settings. Dimensions and installation notes are provided on product pages; please review them carefully before ordering.
4. Orders and contract formation
Your order is an offer to buy. We will confirm receipt by email, and a contract is formed only when we send a dispatch confirmation. If we cannot accept your order (for example, because an item is out of stock or pricing is incorrect), we will refund any payment taken.
5. Prices, taxes and payment
We do not add hidden fees to your order. The total amount shown at checkout is the amount you will be charged. All prices are including any applicable taxes, duties or import charges.
6. Shipping and delivery
Orders are fulfilled from our hub in the Netherlands and delivered in the UK via Royal Mail or another carrier. Typical delivery time is 5–8 business days (1–2 business days processing plus transit). Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you when you (or someone you nominate) take physical possession of them.
7. Returns, exchanges and warranty
Your purchases are covered by our return and refund policy (30-day returns, no restocking fees; customer covers return shipping unless faulty/incorrect). All products include a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover wear and tear, improper installation, or damage after delivery.
8. Responsible pricing and availability
We aim for fair, transparent pricing. “Compare at” or discount claims, where shown, reflect genuine, time-limited promotions. We may limit quantities, reject orders, or discontinue products at any time.
9. Intellectual property and permitted use
All content on the Services (text, images, graphics, logos, videos, and layout) is owned by Aveniqi or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
10. Reviews and user content
If you submit reviews, photos or other content, you grant Aveniqi a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with the Services and our marketing. You confirm you own or have rights to that content and that it is truthful and lawful.
11. Third-party services
Our store is hosted by Shopify and may use other third-party tools. Those providers process data to operate and improve the Services. See our Privacy Policy for details. We are not responsible for third-party websites linked from our site; use them at your own discretion.
12. Prohibited activities
You must not misuse the Services, including by: breaching laws; infringing intellectual property; transmitting malware; scraping or automating access; sending spam; or interfering with security or operation of the Services.
13. Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Subject to the foregoing, we are not liable for: (a) losses not caused by our breach; (b) business losses or loss of profit; (c) any indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services or products will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
14. Changes to the Services or these Terms
We may update the Services and these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in law or our operations. The current version will be posted on this page with the “last updated” date. If changes are material, we will provide notice where required by law. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the new Terms.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. You and Aveniqi agree that the courts of Rotterdam, Netherlands, will have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers may also bring claims in the courts of their usual place of residence where required by mandatory law.
