7. How long does it take to receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 2 business days of us receiving your return in good condition. Depending on your bank, it may take a few extra days to appear in your account.
8. How do I exchange an item?
If you’d like to exchange an item (for example, a different lamp size or colour), please follow the steps in our return and refund policy or contact us for help.
9. What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
We carefully pack fragile decor items such as glass lampshades and wall clocks. If something arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund right away.
Warranty & Product Care
10. Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes. Every Aveniqi product comes with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. If your lamp, clock, or other decor item develops a fault within this period, please contact us. We will arrange a replacement or repair free of charge. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage after delivery.
11. Do your lights come with bulbs?
Most of our lamps include built-in LEDs or clearly state on the product page if a bulb is required. Where bulbs are not included, we always list the fitting type (e.g. E27, GU10) so you can easily choose the right one.
12. Do I need a professional to install ceiling or wall lights?
For safety reasons, we recommend that ceiling and wall lights are installed by a qualified electrician. Table lamps, floor lamps, and plug-in wall lights can be set up at home without professional help.
13. What should I do if my decor item doesn’t fit my space?
We know choosing the right size for lighting or wall decor can be tricky. If your item doesn’t fit as you hoped, you can return it within 30 days as part of our hassle-free return policy. Please ensure the item is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all accessories.
14. How are fragile items like glass lamps or clocks packaged?
Fragile home decor products are packed with extra care using reinforced boxes, protective padding, and corner protection. In the rare case of transit damage, let us know within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product, and we’ll send a replacement or arrange a refund.
15. Can I order matching sets of lamps or decor items?
Yes. Many of our table lamps, ceiling lights, and wall lights are available in matching styles. You can order them as a set or individually. If you need advice on combining items for a consistent look in your room, our team is happy to help — just contact us.
